We use plastic pneumatic diaphragm pump and metal pneumatic diaphragm pump classification, the number at the end of the pump import and export connection.

Metal pneumatic diaphragm pump: our most common have the following code:

0014 stands for BSP internal thread

Flange 0400 represents ANSI Flange

0504 represents German standard Flange DIN Flange

0070 represents FDA food grade Tri-Clamp fast connection

Plastic pneumatic diaphragm pump: because the material is plastic, 1″ and the above are flange import and export, usually:

Flange 0400 represents ANSI Flange

The rest is the same as the metal pneumatic diaphragm pump (plastic pneumatic diaphragm pump has no food grade import and export).

Clamp form of pneumatic diaphragm pump such as American standard Flange, ANSI Flange, need to add 0040;

Bolted form of pneumatic diaphragm pump such as American standard Flange ANSI Flange, no need to add 0040, that is, no number.

P.025(1/4 inch) Diaphragm for pumps: 00-1030-55 Teflon Diaphragm

Diaphragm for P1(1/2 inch) or P100(1/2 inch) pump :(01-1010-55 Teflon diaphragm), (01-1010-50 polyurethane diaphragm), (01-1010-52 nitrile diaphragm), (01-1010-53 fluorinated rubber), (01-1010-58 mountain rubber WFS).

Diaphragm for P2(1 inch) or P200(1 inch) pump :(02-1010-50 polyurethane), (02-1010-51 neoprene diaphragm), (02-1010-52 butyronitrile diaphragm), (02-1010-53 fluorinated rubber diaphragm), (02-1010-58 mountain rubber WFS), (02-1010-55 Teflon diaphragm).

P4(1.5 inches) or P400(1.5 inches) pump diaphragm :(04-1010-50 polyurethane), (04-1010-51 neoprene diaphragm), (04-1010-52 butyronitrile diaphragm), (04-1010-53 fluorinated rubber diaphragm), (04-1010-58 mountain rubber WFS), (04-1010-55 Teflon diaphragm).

P8(2 inches) or P800(2 inches) pump diaphragm :(08-1010-50 polyurethane), (08-1010-51 neoprene diaphragm), (08-1010-52 butyronitrile diaphragm), (08-1010-53 fluorinated rubber diaphragm), (08-1010-58 mountain rubber WFS), (08-1010-55 Teflon diaphragm).

Diaphragm for P15(3 inches) or P1500(3 inches) pump :(15-1010-50 polyurethane), (15-1010-51 neoprene diaphragm), (15-1010-52 butyrile diaphragm), (15-1010-53 fluorinated rubber diaphragm), (15-1010-58 mountain rubber WFS), (15-1010-55 Teflon diaphragm).
